The application before me presently is limited to stay of the notice to show cause which was scheduled for hearing on the very day the application was heard.

In the interests of justice, I allow the same and direct that the Defendants do file the intended application for setting aside within seven days from today which application should be fixed for hearing within 14 days of filing, before any Judge of the High Court in Nakuru.
