DIRECTIONS

1. I have considered the application by way of Notice of Motion, Certificate of Urgency and affidavit dated 29/3/2021 as filed, after the court declined to make any orders on an application dated 25/3/2021. I grant the applicants leave to be heard during the recess.

2. On the Chamber summons dated 29/3/2021 seeking that the applicants be enjoined as interested parties and directions on the same, I note that Main Petition is due for consideration/directions on 24/4/2021.

3. I find no urgency involved in the present application. I decline to certify it as urgent.  I direct the applicants to serve all the other parties on record and any party who is served and wishes to respond to the application to joinder shall file and serve their responses within 10 days of today.

4. The applications shall be considered interpartes on 20/4/2021.

5. Orders accordingly.
