RULING

[1]    The applicant seeks vide his application dated 17th March 2014 to commit the respondents therein to civil jail for disobeying court orders.  The respondents have in utter disregard to the orders of this court continued to stay in the suit premises.  The applicant has even reported this matter to The police station and has had the respondents charged.  The respondents are still in possession.

I allow the application in terms of prayer no. 3 as prayed.
