1.  On application by the Applicant/Advocate, this matter having been inadvertently filed before Siaya High Court instead of Kisumu High Court as the original suit was before Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court in CMCC 611of 2016, and as the Advocate/Client Bill of Costs ought to have been filed before the High Court at Kisumu, this matter is hereby transferred to Kisumu High Court forthwith for hearing and final determination.

2.  This file is therefore closed from Siaya High Court.
