AWARD

The Memorandum of Claim was filed on 5th June 2012 by Mwangi Chege of Mwangi Chege & Co. Advocates Law Firm.  The respondent did not file its Statement of Response.

On 25th September 2013, Mr. Bonyo holding brief for Mr. Chege for the Claimant and Ms. Kahara for the Respondent, informed the Court that they have come to an agreement on the following terms:-

The Claimant be paid Kshs 140,000 all inclusive.

Amount has already been paid to Claimant’s Advocates.

Award  is hereby entered in terms of the consent of 25th September 2013.
