RULING

1. The sum in the Garnished Account is stated to be Kshs.460,728/=.  This sum is inadequate to satisfy the decree of this court.  Be that as it may, the Court orders the proceeds thereof to be paid to the Claimant to offset part of the debt.  As the Garnishee will need to ensure payment, the sum due to the Bank can be extracted from the 460,728/= so as to leave the Bank absolved from any additional involvement or charge.

2. The Claimant to receive the sum from the Account within 7 days of today as part settlement of the decree.

It is so ordered.
