JUDGMENT

Upon hearing the plaintiff and upon seeing his exhibits it is clear he is the registered owner of dispute land Muthambi/Igamurathi/268.  The Defendant has not entered appearance or filed defence.

I therefore find that the plaintiff has proved his case on a balance of probability.  I enter Judgment in his favour as prayed in the plaint with costs and interest at court rates.

It is so ordered.
