RULING

1. I have considered the application for sentence revision and the probation report filed on 20. 2.2019.  I am satisfied that the convict George Omonya Omoit can benefit from Community Service Order owing to his antecedents and age as per the Probation Report.

2. I revise his prison sentence which is ending on 4. 6.2020 and order that George Omonya Omoit shall serve unpaid Community Service Order at Moding Chiefs Office and shall be under supervision by the Chief Mr. Barasa for a period of eight(8) months from date of his release.

3. File closed.
