ORDER/DIRECTIONS

As the court embarked on the process of determining the application dated 14. 10. 2013, I found something amiss in the application dated 13. 5.2019 which was allowed by consent on 13. 5.2019. The application dated 13. 5.2019 indicates that one Henry Murithi Mwithia is the applicant.  But the confirmed grant he availed to the court was issued to him and one Sarah Kanyua.  I therefore direct the parties particularly the applicant to clarify his status in so far as the confirmed grant is concerned. Meanwhile, the delivery of the ruling in respect of the application of 14. 10. 2013 is suspended.
