This case was heard by Alouch J who recorded the evidence of the plaintiff as well as that of the defendant and it only came before me for re-examination of the defendant.

The proceedings were typed but I am unable to follow the proceedings and therefore unable to write the judgment since there are certain issues contained there in that if I heard the evidence I would have sought clarification.

In the circumstances I order that the file be returned to her through the Duty Judge.
