KOFI VRS REV WILLIAM EZEKWA PARTIES: PLAINTIFF PRESENT DEFENDANT ABSENT PLAINTIFF: I have decided to waive relief 2 BY COURT: The parties were referred to ADR for amicable settlement of the matter. They have settled same and filed their terms of settlement. Per the terms of settlement the defendant herein has agreed to yield vacant possession of the land by 30/9/2025. According to paragraph 2 and 3 of the terms of settlement the defendant is allowed to take his movable items on the land. He is however restrained from removing the fixtures of the property. I hereby adopt the terms of settlement as consent judgment of this court. The defendant is hereby ordered to yield vacant possession of the property to the plaintiff by 30/9/2025 failing which the plaintiff may apply for writ of possession to enable him recover possession of the property in issue.
