1. Application considered. The Trial Magistrate is hereby directed to consider the Title Deed presented as security on condition that the Accused person gives consent for its use and that the other joint owners are his joint sureties.

2. In the alternative the accused may be released on cashbail of Kshs.50,000/= with an undertaking from a person who will ensure he attends court as and when required.
