Ruling

1. The convict according to the presentence report, belongs to a larger criminal gang. He was sentenced to serve 2 years imprisonment for entering a dwelling house with intent to steal. The community is baying for his blood.

2. He is not suitable for non-custodial sentence until he reforms.

3. I decline to revise sentence imposed.
