1. The Applicant is seeking review of the bond terms on the basis that his charge was amended.

2. Since the revision application is not opposed the same is allowed.

3. The bond terms is reduced from Kshs. 2,000,000/= (Two Million Kenya Shillings) and two sureties to a bond of Kshs. 1,000,000/= (One Million Kenya Shillings) with one surety of similar amount.
