On that basis, I will not hesitate to pronounce that the customary marriage celebrated between the petitioner Helena Frimpong and Andy Allotey be and is hereby dissolved this 16th day of December, 2022. 1 | P a g e S u i t N o . Custody of Nathaniel Kwakpo Allotey the only child in the relationship is granted to the petitioner. As a result, the Respondent is to pay cash the sum of GH₵500.00 every month as maintenance for the upkeep of the said child. This should continue until such a time that, the court either vary or vacate same. The Respondent from now onwards is also responsible for all the educational and health needs of the said child.
