BABY E.N (CHILD)

RULING

Having perused the application for adoption of baby E.N born on 19th November, 2003, made by W.O.O and A.N.O dated 29th August, 2005 and having perused the report filed by Mrs. J.N. Ndung’u, Assistant Director, Children’s services, I am satisfied that the aforesaid child may be adopted by the said applicants.The child shall henceforth be known as M.O.O.The Registrar-General shall make the appropriate entries on the Adopted Children’s Register in respect of the adopted child as aforesaid.
