1. I have considered the originating summons dated 7th August 2022, the affidavit in support thereof, the child’s welfare report dated 2. 3.2024 and I have also considered the enclosures to the originating summons and note that the child EK alias PFW (minor) was duly declared free for adoption by Little Angels Network vide a certificate No. XXXX wherefore I do hereby allow the application and make the following orders:-a.One EWO is hereby authorized to adopt abandoned child EK alias PFW.b.The Registrar General is hereby directed to make an entry of this adoption in the Adopted Children’s Register in accordance with the particulars as set out in this adoption order.
