JUDGE REMMY KASULE: \par }{\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 \par }\pard \qj \li0\ri0\sl360\slmult1\widctlpar\aspalpha\aspnum\faauto\adjustright\rin0\lin0\itap0\pararsid3897658 {\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 \par }{\b\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 RULING: \par }{\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 \par The applicant is mother of the three minors: Esther Ntege, Kalebo Ntege and Sarah Ntege. \par \par The three minors are registered proprietors of the land comprised in Bulemezi Block 160 Plot 162 land at Lutamu. \par \par It is on this land that there is a matrimonial home, a cattle farm and an hotel which the applicant runs. \par \par The applicant is a widow, the husband and father of the minors, one Ntege Moses Kigongo, having died on the 11}{\super\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 th}{\insrsid4728212\charrsid3897658 May 2005. \par \par The land was given to the minors by their paternal grandfather, Lekobowamu Sebagala Ssalongo, who also is now deceased. \par \par The minors are school going and entirely depend for their school fees, maintenance and up keep on their mother, the applicant. \par \par The applicant requires capital to capitalise the hotel business and the cattle farm which she is running and which are on the land. She therefore desires to mortgage the title to the land to a microfinance enterprise so as to get a loan.
