1. The originating summons dated 30th November, 2020 seeks the following orders:-1. That the child to be adopted be pronounced as a Kenyan citizen by birth.2. That the applicant be authorized to adopt Baby AW to be known as LWN.3. That ENN be appointed as the legal guardian to the child on the event of the death of the applicant.4. That the registrar general be ordered to enter into the children register an entry of the adoption.

2. I have duly perused the application and affidavits in support and the various reports including the Children Officers Report all which recommend adoptions of the child. I find the Originating Summons dated 30th November, 2020 to have merit.

3. It is allowed as prayed
