1. This was an adoption matter which was overtaken by events and no orders were made for adoption. Furthermore, the infant then, D.G.W must now be an adult even if he was born on 1/1/2003 or 1st July 2003!
2. The application for adoption dated 1st July 2003 is dismissed for want of prosecution and the file is closed.
