IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ABDUL MAJID KHAN KHERDIN alias ABDUL MAJID KHAIRDIN – DECEASED AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY MOHAMMED YAMIN KHAN, MOHAMED AKRAM KHAN, YASMIN QURESHI alias YASMIN MAJID KHAN and SAIRA TARIQ ALAM alias SAIRA BANU ALAM

Ruling

1. Upon hearing the advocate for the administrators and the beneficiaries in person, I hereby order that a fresh certificate of confirmation shall issue, amended to reflect the acreage of the shared assets for each beneficiary and to include LR. No. Suna East/Wasweta/1/9031.

2. In addition, the properties agreed to be sold and shared equally, shall be contained in one area where all beneficiaries shall be listed and the acreage of the property identified.

3. The property shall first be registered in the joint names of the beneficiaries who shall then be at liberty to sell and share the proceeds equally.
