1. Am still unable to determine the application dated 9th November 2020, for there is no proof that the family of Peter Busula Muyale was served with the application dated 20th November 2018. I had directed service on the said family, in my ruling of 20th December 2021. Court orders are not made in vain.

2. The matter shall be mentioned for compliance.
