Ruling

1. I observe that from the Ruling of 30th January 2017 by Justice Majanja, the court revoked the grant issued to Andrew Were Makanga and ordered for a re-issue of the grant to Judith Ambuso Siboke and confirmed the same.

2. However, no grant was reissued. Only a certificate of confirmation of the grant was issued.

3. Accordingly, a fresh grant is hereby reissued to Judith Ambuso Siboke together with a fresh certificate of confirmation of grant distributing the estate of the deceased Alfred Makanga Ambuso in the manner ordered by Majanja J on 30th January 2017.

4. I so order and direct that the estate of the deceased Alfred Makanga Ambuso shall be fully distributed and completed in the next six (6) months as this is an old matter, and true and accurate accounts filed into court.

5. This file is now closed save for compliance with the above directions as stipulated in section 83 of the Law of Succession Act.

6. File closed.
