RULING

Having considered the matter and as the parties admit that the Citees are the son of the deceased, ARNOLD JOSEPH MOMANYI.  I hereby direct MARTIN MAOBE MOMANYI to file the Petition for grant of letters of administration within 30 days from the date hereof, in default, the Citor, FRANCIS NYANKERANIA MOKUA shall be at liberty to do so.  There shall be order as to costs.   The duly filed Petition shall be served on the Citor.
