IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ASHOKUMAR KARSANDAS CHAUHAN (DECEASED)

Ruling

1. I have considered the summons for rectification of grant dated 3rd April 2024.

2. I observe that the Applicant seeks for rectification of the grant to capture the cause number correctly as the one on the grant is not clear.

3. I allow the application and order that a fresh grant do issue with proper citation of the cause number.

4. I further direct that Petitioner to apply for confirmation of the said grant within 30 days of today and in default, the grant issued on 29th August 2008 stands revoked, despite the rectification.

5. Mention on 23rd May 2024 to confirm compliance with these orders.
