IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF AUTAR SINGH BHAMRA alias AVTAR SINGH BHAMRA - (DECEASED) AND IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION BY RACKINDER SINGH BHAMRA - ADMINISTRATOR

Ruling

1. Upon hearing all the beneficiaries of the estate, I hereby confirm the grant of letters of administration intestate issued to the administrator Rackinder Singh Bhamra in terms of the summons for confirmation of grant dated 22nd May 2024.

2. On the distribution of the estate, all the assets of the estate listed in paragraph 2 of the Supporting affidavit shall be transferred to the administrator except property No. Kisumu Municipality Block 6/110 which shall be transferred to the widow Balbir Kaum Bhamra.

3. A certificate of confirmation of grant in line with this Ruling to issue and subject to Section 83 of the Law of Succession Act, on the administrator rendering a full and accurate account of the estate and filing the said accounts into court within six months of this date, this file is closed.
