Whereas this succession cause whose value is approximated to be Kshs.500,000 was filed before the Chief Magistrate Court in Kisumu, the property of the estate namely parcel No. Kisumu/Muhoroni/1109 is within the jurisdiction of Tamu Law Courts. I thus transfer this file to Tamu Law Courts for hearing and determination.
