Ruling

1. The deceased Charity Wangari Muiga, according to the Senior Chief’s letter dated 05/07/2022, was a resident of Koyugi Location, Rachuonyo North Subcounty, where her remains were interred.

2. All the beneficiaries are known to the Chief, Koyugi Location.

3. I hereby transfer Kisumu Chief Magistrate Succession Cause No. E694 of 2022 to Oyugis SPM’s Court for hearing and final determination.

4. The original Kisumu CM Succession No. E694 of 2022 to be transmitted to Oyugis SPM’s court together with this order.

5. Upon receipt of the file and order, SPM Oyugis Law Courts to notify the petitioner using the addresses given and or through the area Chief to move the court and prosecute the succession cause and to ensure that all the beneficiaries, of the deceased are involved in the succession process

6. This file is closed.
