RULING

This court has considered the grounds put forward by the Applicant is seeking to be provided with Police protection   so that the County Surveyor can conduct a resurvey of the suit parcel of Land.  This is a Succession dispute. No basis has been laid before this court to show who is resisting the resurvey as ordered by the court.  Whoever is resisting resurvey should be cited for contempt of court instead of third parties being involved.

Application lack merit and is hereby dismissed.
