Ruling

1. The Grant was issued on March 20, 2014 and an application for confirmation of grant made on March 6, 2019 but todate, the same has not been prosecuted. Moreso, there were other beneficiaries of the estate but no provision is made for them.

2. I dismiss the summons for confirmation of grant dated March 6, 2019 and revoke the grant issued to Edward Oula Obura as the same has become inoperative and useless.

3. Any interested beneficiary to petition for a fresh grant before the lower court for a fresh grant as the estate property value is only 1. 4 hectares and is unlikely to exceed Kshs.20,000,000/=
