SUCCESSION CAUSE NO 1495 OF 2017
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD TINI GUDI (DECEASED)
ROSEMARY WANJIKU KIMANI.............................................APPLICANT
R U L I N G
1. The application subject of this ruling is for confirmation of the grant herein.
2. The administrators are mother and sister to the deceased, the deceased wife having died a few months after her husband.
3. The deceased left three heirs to his estate namely:
a) DTE aged 14 years.
b) MT aged 12 years, and
c) MDST aged 9 years.
4. The assets of the estate are mainly cash in 2 separate Banks, cash with the Constituency Development Fund and a motor vehicle which the administrators propose to go to all the children in equal shares.
5. Having considered the application and submissions I direct and order as follows:
a) Motor vehicle registration number KBT [particulars withhel] be sold and the proceeds thereof be held together with Kshs.275,000/- from Constituency Development Fund, together with all other monies held in the bank be consolidated in an account in the names of the administrators in trust for the minors in equal shares until the youngest attains the age of 18 years.
