1. I have read the summons dated 25th February, 2019 (and supporting affidavit) which seeks rectification of the Certificate of Confirmation of Grant dated 22nd and issued on 28th February, 2018.

2. I have also read the supplementary affidavit sworn by the joint Administrators and filed in court on 2nd April, 2019.

3. I will allow the application and direct that the aforesaid Certificate of Confirmation of Grant be rectified by substituting thereinLR  Number 23391/6andLR Number 23391/5 in place respectively of Nakinya Housing Company LR No 7340/24 Site No 4 and Nakinya Housing  Company LR No 7340/24 Site No 5.  It is so ordered.
