1. The parties involved have submitted competing proposals for distribution. I believe it would be best for the parties to engage in mediation to reach a lasting solution that considers family cohesion and fairness.

2. I am referring this matter to mediation, and a mediator’s report will be filed within sixty days. Meanwhile, the DR will mention the matter on the 30th day of July 2024 for a progress report.
