Ruling

1. Pursuant to the request in a letter dated 19th February, 2025 and addressed to the Deputy Registrar by M/S Wairegi Kiarie and Associates, this Court invokes the provision of Sections 99 and 100, both of the Civil Procedure Code and rewards the Rectified Certificate of Confirmation of Grant issued on 24th January, 2025 in the following terms:-

I hereby certify that the above written Grant of Probate of the Estate of the late Erastus Kagwi Nahashon issued to Edith Wanjiku Kagwe and Joshua StephenMuiru Kagwe therein named made on 21st February, 2022 has this 24th day of January, 2024 been rectified by the Court pursuant to the provision of Section 71(1) and (3) of the Law of Succession Act and issued to Edith Wanjiku Kage.It is so ordered.
