1. I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 29th April, 2024, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by David Olieng Imbo on even date and I note that all beneficiaries are present both physically and virtually and have all consented to the proposed mode of distribution wherefore I allow the application and make the following orders:-1. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed in accordance with schedule of distribution contained in paragraph 6 of the supporting affidavit of David Olieng Imbo.2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.3. Mention on 6. 5.2025 to confirm distribution.
