1. I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 13th September 2022, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Vitalis Ngwiye Agwanga sworn on 30th May 2024 and I have also considered the oral submissions of Counsel for Patricia Auma Ayieko and Ms. Ayieko who is present in court and I do hereby allow the application and I make the following orders:-1. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed in accordance with the schedule in paragraph 4 of the further affidavit of Vitalis Ngwiye Agwanga.2. A certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.3. This file is marked as closed.
