1. This matter was closed under Rule 73 of the Probate and Administration Rules on 2nd August 2017 and vide an application dated 3rd August 2020, the Petitioner sought to have it revived. Unfortunately, that application has never been prosecuted to date.

2. Accordingly, the application dated 3rd August 2020 is dismissed for want of prosecution and the file is closed under Rule 73 of the Probate and Administration Rules.

3. Any person interested in the estate of the deceased shall petition for a fresh grant as no grant has ever been issued in this matter.

4. The file is hereby closed.
