Ruling

1. On 4th March 2014, a grant was issued to Washington Jeconia Okungu and James Peter Okungu to administer the estate of James Omondi Okungu, deceased.

2. No summons for confirmation of grant has ever been filed.

3. The grant became useless and inoperational. It is hereby annulled and revoked under section 76(d) (i) of the Law of Succession Act and this file is closed.

4. Any person interested in the estate shall petition for a fresh grant.

5. File closed.

6. Ruling be typed.
