1. The deceased Joseph Adega Raye was a resident of Otwenya Location, West Kolunje Sub Location, Kombewa Division, Seme Sub County within Kisumu County. This file is here for transfer from Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court to a court with the nearest geographical jurisdiction. I transfer Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court Succession Cause No. E355 of 2024) to Maseno SPM’s Court for hearing and determination.
