RULING

1. This is an application dated 10th April 2019 requesting that the Deputy Registrar of this Court executes land transfer documents in respect of a Confirmed Grant of Letters of Administration dated 18th June 2015.

2. The reason for the request is that the respondent Jonathan Kipkorir Cheruiyot has refused to sign the same as required.

3. The application is not opposed.  I have seen the said confirmed Grant of Letters of Administration herein.

4. I thus allow the application dated 10th April 2014 and grant prayer 1 therein.
