RULING

Having considered the documents filed and the submissions of Mr. Miyogo the Assistant Public Trustee I am satisfied that the widow filed her written consent and that the cause was gazette for any objection, and no objection to the appointment of the Public Trustee and as administrator has been received.

As such, I allow the application and grant letters of administration to the Public Trustee. Certificate to issue.
