RULING

1. I have perused the record.

2. Rawal J delivered a ruling on 20th May 2009. The orders made in that ruling have never been set aside or varied or reversed or vacated. The Public Trustee is required to complete administration of the estate in terms of the said orders.

3. It is so directed.

4. The survivors of the deceased shall cooperate with the Public Trustee, and have freedom to apply.
