Directions

1. I direct that a fresh certificate of confirmation of grant do issue in accordance with the consent dated June 17, 2010 and filed on June 23, 2010.

2. Accordingly, the Administrators to ensure the estate of the deceased is distributed in accordance with the said consent and reissued certificate of confirmation of grant and that within 6 months of today, they file into this court a true and accurate account of the distribution of the estate of the deceased.

3. Pending the filing of accounts pursuant to section 83 of the Law of Succession Act, this file is closed.
