Ruling

1. Whereas the 1st Administrator had vide a notice of motion dated 20. 6.2025 moved this court for variation of the mediation agreement dated 14th April 2025 to the extend that the name of one Joseph Munanda be replaced with that of Beatrice Wekesa Nakitare as a substitution of the 2nd administrator Julius Munanda Nakitare (deceased), the applicant has now disclosed that his proposed administrator has declined the proposed appointment.

2. In light of the matter aforesaid this court shall adopt the mediation agreement dated 14. 4.2025 and I do hereby appoint one Joseph Munanda to substitute Julius Munanda Nakitare (deceased) as the 2nd administrator.

3. A new grant to issue accordingly in the names of Wafula Nekesa Nakitare, Joseph Munanda, Wilberforce Wekesa and Isaya Nakitare Wekesa.
