Ruling

1. This matter is for mention for parties to take directions on the summons application dated 6th March, 2024 which was meant to be heard on 5th March, 2024.

2. However, on the alleged date, there was no appearance by either party and the matter was then fixed for mention today.

3. It will be noted that there is still no appearance by either party today. I have perused the record and established that there is no evidence of service of this mention date.

4. However, a further perusal and reading of the application, Supporting Affidavit and the orders given on 12th March, 2024, it is clear that by the said orders issued, the summons application dated 13th February, 2024 is spent and there is nothing to be set down for hearing.

5. In view of this, the matter is hereby marked as closed. It is so ordered.
