As the subject matter originates from the jurisdiction of the now newly operationalized gazetted Madiany Law courts, I hereby order that Bondo P&A E187/2021 shall be transferred to Madiany Law Courts for hearing and final determination. The original file from Bondo and copy of this ruling and order shall be transmitted to Madiany Law courts.
