IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF OBILA ODIANGA, OJIL OTAMBO, ODUYA ODINGA (DECEASED) AND IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION BY PAMELA ATIENO OKUNE PETITIONER/APPLICANT

Ruling

1. On 20th January 2023, the court dismissed this Succession Cause and ordered for separate succession causes to be filed for each of the three deceased persons Obila Odianga, Ojil Otambo and Oduya Odinga.

2. There are three deceased persons who died at different times and the Petitioner petitioned for one grant in respect of the 3 estates.

3. As the Succession proceedings and the grant issued on 6th February 2012 by Chief Magistrate’s Court at Maseno was found to be a nullity, I hereby close this file.

4. Ruling to be typed and uploaded in the Case Tracking System.
