RULING

1. The application before court dated 11th October, 2019 seeks for a further rectification of the confirmed grant in order to include the various names interchangeably used by the deceased in his transactions, in order to allow processing of the legacies he left behind.

2. The application is supported by the affidavit of Joyce Waithira Kimani.

3. Having considered the grounds upon which the application is based and reasons stipulated in the replying affidavit I allow prayer 1 of the application.

4. Costs in the cause.
