1. Mrs Mukira to serve Mr. Mbiyu with the application dated 18/10/2024.
2. Response to the said application to be filed and served by 17/3/2025.
3. The issue of obedience of the court orders of 23rd April, 2024 seems not to have been settled. Let the parties know that the orders are still in force.
4. Let Mr. Karanja serve all parties herein with all the documents in respect of rent collected and the deposits made in court as at now. These documents should be filed in court too.
5. Pata Commercial Agencies to appear in court on 18/3/2025 and also avail documents showing:i.Rent collected since issuance of the court orders.ii.Rent deposited as at now as per the court orders.
6. The Respondents (Mr. Karanja’s clients) to also appear before court on 18th March, 2025 in respect of the Rent collection.
7. Let parties operate with sincerity in this matter for the benefit of all the beneficiaries.
8. This matter will be mentioned on 18/3/2025 at 2. 30pm in open court.
9. Let all parties get copies of these directions.
