1. On March 23, 2021 the court granted leave to the objectors/applicants Mary Wanjiku Muchina and Eunice Wanjiku Muchina to file and serve an application for the confirmation of the grant that had been issued to the respondents John Muchina Kamau, Jesse Githire Kamau and Hannah Njoki Kamau on October 16, 2017. This was after the respondents had failed to amend the summons for confirmation datedApril 5, 2019to provide for the children of the 1st objector and also to provide for the 2nd objector.

2. I consequently direct that the respondents do file and serve amended summons for confirmation within 30 days failing which the objectors shall file and serve within 30 days. Responses shall be filed within 30 days of service.

3. The cause shall be mentioned on November 28, 2022for directions.
